账号信息：本应用仅支持通过邮箱进行注册和登录。您注册或登录时，我们会收集您的邮箱地址及必要的认证信息。
使用信息：为提供基础功能，我们可能记录您的收藏列表、浏览偏好、搜索关键词、设备语言、系统版本、崩溃日志和基础诊断信息。
设备与标识符信息：在您授权的情况下，我们或第三方服务可能会处理设备标识符、广告标识符（如 IDFA）、IP 地址、设备型号、操作系统信息等。
注销信息：当您申请注销账号时，我们可能处理与账号有关的必要记录，以完成身份验证、注销执行及合规留存。

3. 广告、跟踪与 ATT 说明

6. 注册登录与账号注销

本应用目前仅支持邮箱注册与邮箱登录。您可以通过应用内“我的 - 设置 - 账号管理 - 注销账号”路径申请注销账户，或通过电子邮件联系技术支持：vip@vip.heyuchen.top。

账号注销后，我们将在合理期限内删除或匿名化与该账号直接关联的个人信息，但法律法规另有要求或为解决争议、保障安全所必需的除外。

7. 数据存储与安全

我们采取合理的技术和管理措施保护您的信息，防止未经授权的访问、披露、篡改或丢失。但请理解，任何互联网传输或电子存储方式都不能保证绝对安全。

This Privacy Policy applies to this app (the “App”), which provides entertainment discovery and information services, including title discovery, search, favorites, and account login. The App does not provide video streaming, downloading, or unauthorized distribution of copyrighted content.

By using the App, you agree to the collection, use, storage, and protection of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: The App currently supports registration and login by email only. When you register or sign in, we collect your email address and necessary authentication information.
Usage Information: To provide core features, we may process your favorites, browsing preferences, search keywords, device language, OS version, crash logs, and basic diagnostic data.
Device and Identifier Information: Where permitted, we or third-party partners may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers such as IDFA, IP address, device model, and operating system information.
Deletion Request Information: When you request account deletion, we may process necessary records related to your account in order to verify identity, complete deletion, and comply with legal obligations.

2. How We Use Information

To create, authenticate, and manage your account;
To provide title search, details pages, and favorites features;
To improve performance, stability, and user experience;
To respond to support requests, feedback, or complaints;
To display advertising, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and protect ad delivery integrity;
Where authorized, to support personalized advertising and attribution analysis;
To comply with applicable legal requirements.

3. Advertising, Tracking, and ATT

The App may integrate third-party advertising and analytics services, such as Google, TradPlus, and Pangle, for ad delivery, ad mediation, measurement, fraud prevention, frequency control, and monetization support.

Where applicable, the App may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If you allow tracking, we or our advertising partners may use advertising identifiers such as IDFA and related data for personalized advertising, attribution, and performance measurement.

If you decline tracking permission, the App may still show non-personalized ads. In that case, third-party partners may still process device information, contextual signals, or aggregated statistics for basic advertising, anti-fraud, and analytics purposes.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

With your explicit consent;
When necessary to provide technical service support, including cloud services, analytics, advertising, and account authentication services;
To comply with laws, court orders, or regulatory requirements;
To protect the lawful rights, safety, and security of the App, users, or the public.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party metadata providers, analytics tools, crash reporting tools, advertising partners, authentication services, or cloud infrastructure providers to support content display, performance optimization, ad delivery, and stability. Such third parties may process necessary data according to their own privacy policies.

6. Registration, Login, and Account Deletion

The App currently supports email-based registration and login only. You may request account deletion through the in-app path “Me - Settings - Account Management - Delete Account”, or by contacting support at vip@vip.heyuchen.top.

After your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize personal information directly associated with your account within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law or necessary for dispute resolution or security purposes.

7. Storage and Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure.

8. Your Rights

Access, update, or correct your account information;
Manage personalized advertising or tracking permissions where supported by your device and system;
Request account deletion;
Contact us regarding privacy-related issues.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children where prohibited by law. If you believe a child has provided personal information without guardian consent, please contact us.
