账号注销说明

本应用支持账号注销。您可以在应用内通过“我的 - 设置 - 账号管理 - 注销账号”申请注销,或发送邮件至 vip@vip.heyuchen.top 提交注销请求。为保障账户安全,我们可能要求您提供必要信息以完成身份核验。

处理时间

我们通常会在合理时间内处理您的请求,具体处理时间可能因问题类型、节假日或系统维护安排而有所不同。

If you encounter any issues while using the App, please contact us through the method below. We support requests related to account access, email login, account deletion, feature issues, content display problems, and general technical support.

Support Scope

  • Email registration or login issues;
  • Account deletion requests;
  • Favorites, search, or page loading issues;
  • App crashes, lag, or version-related issues;
  • Feedback and feature suggestions.

Please include the following in your email when possible

  • A description of the issue;
  • Your registered email address, if the issue is account-related;
  • Your device model and OS version;
  • Your app version number;
  • Screenshots or screen recordings, if available.

Account Deletion

The App supports account deletion. You may request deletion through the in-app path “Me - Settings - Account Management - Delete Account” or by emailing vip@vip.heyuchen.top. For account security, we may request necessary information to verify your identity before completing deletion.

Response Time

We generally respond within a reasonable timeframe. Actual response time may vary depending on issue type, holidays, or maintenance schedules.
