1. 服务内容

本应用为影视资讯与内容发现平台，提供影视作品信息浏览、搜索、收藏及相关账户功能。本应用不提供视频播放、下载、存储或未经授权的内容传播服务。

2. 账户注册与登录

• 本应用目前仅支持通过邮箱进行注册和登录；
• 您应保证提交的信息真实、准确、完整；
• 您应妥善保管账户凭证，并对账户下的行为负责；
• 如您不再使用本应用，可申请注销账户。

3. 账号注销

您可以在应用内通过“我的 - 设置 - 账号管理 - 注销账号”提交注销申请，或联系技术支持邮箱：vip@vip.heyuchen.top。注销后，与该账户相关的服务将终止，部分信息可能因法律法规要求而保留必要期限。

4. 用户行为规范

• 不得利用本应用从事违法违规活动；
• 不得干扰、攻击或破坏本应用及其服务器、接口、网络或安全机制；
• 不得利用本应用发布、传播侵权、违法、有害或不当内容；
• 不得冒充他人或以不正当方式获取他人账户信息。

5. 内容与知识产权

本应用所展示的影视元数据、页面设计、文字内容、图形界面及相关服务，受相关法律保护。除法律允许或另有说明外，未经授权，任何人不得复制、转载、修改、传播本应用内容。

本应用不主张对第三方影视作品本身的权利，相关作品信息、海报、标题等可能来源于合法第三方数据服务。

6. 服务变更、中断与终止

我们可能根据产品运营需要，对服务内容、功能或可用性进行调整、升级、暂停或终止。对于因系统维护、不可抗力、网络故障或第三方服务异常导致的服务中断，我们将在合理范围内尽力保障恢复。

7. 免责声明

• 本应用提供的影视信息仅供参考，具体内容、上线时间、评分和可用性以实际情况为准；
• 我们不保证服务绝对不中断、无错误或完全满足所有用户需求；
• 在法律允许范围内，对于因使用或无法使用本应用而造成的间接损失，我们不承担责任。

8. 协议修改

我们有权根据业务发展或法律要求更新本协议。更新后的版本发布后即生效。您继续使用本应用，即视为接受更新后的协议。

Welcome to the App. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the App. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

The App is an entertainment discovery and information platform that provides title browsing, search, favorites, and account-related features. The App does not provide video streaming, downloading, storage, or unauthorized distribution of content.

2. Registration and Login

• The App currently supports registration and login by email only;
• You must provide true, accurate, and complete information;
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities under your account;
• If you no longer wish to use the App, you may request account deletion.

3. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion within the App through “Me - Settings - Account Management - Delete Account” or by contacting support at vip@vip.heyuchen.top. After deletion, services associated with the account will terminate, and certain information may be retained for a limited period when required by law.

4. User Conduct

• You may not use the App for unlawful or prohibited activities;
• You may not interfere with, attack, or damage the App, its servers, APIs, networks, or security mechanisms;
• You may not use the App to publish or transmit infringing, unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content;
• You may not impersonate others or improperly obtain another person’s account information.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The metadata, interface design, text, graphics, and related services provided through the App are protected by applicable laws. Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized, no person may copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute the App’s content.

The App does not claim ownership of third-party film or television works themselves. Related titles, posters, and descriptive metadata may be sourced from lawful third-party data services.

6. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may adjust, upgrade, suspend, or terminate parts of the service based on operational needs. Where interruptions occur due to maintenance, force majeure, network failure, or third-party service issues, we will make reasonable efforts to restore service.

7. Disclaimer

• Information presented in the App is for reference only; actual content, availability dates, ratings, and availability may vary;
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or that the App will meet every user’s expectations;
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as required by business development or applicable law. Updated Terms take effect when posted. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
